Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with old origins. Built on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the eastern with the western in a fantastic game for starting players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the house, unlike most other poker games that players compete with other players. By gambling against the dealer, new players do not need to be concerned about any other, more skillful individuals winning their moolla.
A further Pai Gow benefit is the relatively slow game play, newcomers will be able to take their time and strategize while not needing to make quick selections.
It’s also simpler to play for a long time with just a small amount of cash after all, to not win, both of your hands must be lower than both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The player is given 7 cards face up and the dealer is dealt 7 cards faces hidden.
One 5 card hand and a two card hand must be made from the seven cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the dealer’s.
