Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the western in a wonderful game for starting gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the house, not like nearly all other poker games that gamblers wager against other players. By playing against the dealer, new players do not have to be concerned about other, more advanced people winning their $$$$.
An additional Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game play, novices will be able to take their time and strategize without needing to make frenzied decisions.
It’s also simpler to enjoy for a long time with only a tiny bit of cash after all, to lose, both of your hands has to be lower than both of the casino’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is given seven cards face up and the croupier gets 7 cards faces hidden.
A 5 card hand and a two card hand need to be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
